What to wear or bring to a sports therapy session

Loose clothing such as shorts and a t-shirt is usually ideal.

However, give some thought to the area you are having treated! For example, hamstring injuries will require very loose shorts. Cycling shorts or any form of lycra layer will not provide suitable access.
