Whilst I appreciate life is busy, there is a 24 hour treatment reminder to help reduce last minute cancellations. If you are unable to attend your appointment you can cancel using the Setmore code from the booking.
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will incur a fee for the full price of the treatment booked. A one-time pass code will be sent to the patient to make the additional payment.
Exemptions are given to patients who show a valid positive Covid test and Oncology patients who are currently receiving treatment.
